Patricia Everett is the VIP Relationship Manager at the Clive, IA branch. She is excellent. Her experience as a VIP banker is second to none. She makes things happen quickly and easy. Came to the bank on a Saturday morning. It was 9:10 and yet the doors were still locked. The employee showed up late and then proceeded to tell us we would have to use the drive up because she was the only one there. If you close every other branch in West Des Moines, you better make sure you have enough staff for the remaining branch, and that they show up on time.
