Great customer service! Offered several delivery days to pick from. Called the day before to remind me. Delivery guys called ahead, very nice, on time and quick delivery of new couch. Very happy and so is my cat ?

We needed a pull out bed, and a comfortable couch that fit our space and budget. The reason for a pull out bed was because of needing the space for my mother in law when she visits.We went here on a whim, and I'm very happy we did! Not only did we right away find one in our budget, but it was the exact size we needed, and the color scheme we wanted. Plus, they could deliver! (A big bonus to a household without a truck)The couch is fantastic as a couch, and very comfortable and great sized as a bed! It fits the space just as we needed it to! It looks great, too!Delivery was fast, and the delivery guys were so nice, and did a WONDERFUL job! We'll definitely be returning here in the future for more things for our new house!

My husband and I ordered several pieces of furniture from here so we had multiple deliveries. Bill and Joe were the delivery men and they were always so upbeat and friendly. We saw them 4 times and every time they delivered the same excellent service. I loved that Bill and Joe put all of our furniture together and placed it right where I wanted it. I wish I had known about Furniture Source 4 years ago when we ordered other furniture from a competitor. I would highly recommend Furniture Source. Super easy team to work with, they'll answer all of your questions. Had a very prompt delivery and couldn't have asked for a better delivery team. They brought up to my 3rd floor apartment without any complaints and were super friendly. Highly recommend shopping here.

Recently, found my new beautiful loveseat here! It was what they called used and at $400 a fantastic buy! Plan to keep returning as the sales clerks were excellent! Looked around at many different places in Central Iowa and couldn't find a thing until I came here!
