DO NOT CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have called and called and called and all I am faced with is a robot saying that I cannot change the delivery address or hold it in the location because I am not the shipper (like they are the ones that paid for it ??♀️). And when I actually got to a human to talk to, they said they fixed the problem only for it to continue on its way to the incorrect address. This happened TWICE. The robot does not understand the questions you’re asking or gives you crappy responses and there is nothing you can do about it. You’re better off stopping the driver before they actually bring the package to the door or losing your stuff.
Update: I called again as it is still being sent to the wrong address and the lady said that I had not sent out a request in time. However, I have called every day for 3 days because of this and requested the same change to be done to this package. That tells me they lied when they said they would send in a request.

Poor service. Been at the Transit center for 4 days. Was told it would be delivered today. FedEx passed by at 12:30pm today, still didn’t see it. Called at 3, they said should receive by 6. Called again and they said there was no longer a delivery estimate and that it’s back to the transit center. Told me it’s “guaranteed” tomorrow but that’s what they told me today too. Then the lady basically wouldn’t let me talk and basically hung up on me:)

This is an extremely poor location for dropping and shipping packages. In the last two weeks I've dropped 3 packages for overnight delivery, all dropped before 1pm.1 made it.1 took 4 days.1 is currently lost.The staff has admittingly said they do not like being a fedex hub. The execution definitely shows. Don't drop packages here, they don't want them and won't follow through on the basic steps to shop the packages. Pathetic

The service was quick, correct and friendly. I’m and out and done right.It is amazing what private enterprise can do compared to government run providers. One only has to compare the parcel service provided by FedEx and UPS to that of the USPS.Heaven forbid the government agencies are given more, like hospitals, day care, retirement homes, etc. to mess with.
