Today I went to this Clive location we wanted to switch from US Cellular to Cricket, there was a Hispanic lady at this store we explained to her we want switch to cricket, we provided information to her was needed, first of all she was unprofessional and racist she didn't know how to switch our service to Cricket she give us a hardtime she couldn't provide the service we need it she also canceled our service we had to go to a different store to fix this issue it was so frustrating for us how Cricket Wireless hiring such people they don't know the work how to provide service

Waited 12 minutes to update monthly phone pmt. Left without any customer interaction or service. The cashier/tech never looked up or greeted me. HOW RUDE! What a waste of my time!

Went to the Urbandale Location , and the lady there did not had cell phones on display turn on and didn't knew the names of the models of the specific cell phones, SAME place but Another Lady just started naming price outta the sky for an upgrade I don't know if a tip were included, Went to the one on 1st and Euclid , Spoke with KIA very friendly, Professional, Cortious, Knowledgeable and happy smile. Just wanted to post my experience.she deserve a 5 ⭐✨

Karina is super friendly and professional. She explained the service plan thoroughly and even got me a referral discount. When there was an issue setting up my phone, she set up another phone and advised if there were any issues at all , that I could exchange it within 7 days. The entire process was simple and I truly appreciate how patient she was.

I went to this location because it was close to me. I had been a long time customer and left cricket due to poor customer service a few years ago, so I was hestitant. Karina was very helpful, she was very clear on cost and service. It was fast and easy!! I left very satisfied and wished I had gotten to speak with her years before when I stopped my service originally, because I would not have done it.

Went into the store to find out about plans and coverage for a phone for my mom. Stephany answered all the questions we had, even helped to port over our current phone number from the current carrier to the new phone! She made the process so easy! She was helpful, knowledgeable and absolutely terrific! I plan on switching my current service to cricket soon and will go back to this location for her help!
