I have never had a disappointing experience here! We’ve gone to them for oil changes, new tires and rotations, helping me figure out weird sounds and adjusting my tire pressure with the weather change, and the guys at CarX are always helpful, quick, and courteous. When they couldn’t figure out a tire sensor and struts issue, they refunded the money and told us the new parts were free. When they do find issues they are thorough about explaining the issue and how pressing it is or isn’t. No one likes visiting the car repair shop but this team makes it as enjoyable as possible!

Richard, Kadeen, Dave and Jimmy were friendly, professional and efficient. They had us in and out in 15 minutes for and oil change. I was completely surprised and happy with the service. I will definitely be getting my oil changes here from now on.

Richard, the Express Oil Change mgr, along with his team, was excellent: I was in and out within 15 minutes, max. No drama. So professional! (No need to go to other places that say they need "1 hour for an oil change"!)

Quality of service has gone down over the last year. Employees holding dragged out conversations or multiple employees sitting and vaping instead of helping customers. Line at their competition is long but there is a reason why they have no line at this Car-X
