I liked it, but thought prices were a bit on the high side, and I didn't see any option for a different bread (wheat, whole grain, etc.). I met a friend and his son, and our three sandwiches with no drinks were just over $31. I got a 1/2 and should have upped it to the 'small' - the 1/2 was a bit too small. I got the Chicken Cheese Steak with hot peppers. It was nicely prepared and the peppers were indeed spicy. My friend got the Chipotle Cheese Steak - also very nicely prepared, and the young one in our group got the plain ham and cheese - the small was just under $10. Food came out in about 5 minutes, and is in a sack even if you eat in. Had to go back up to get napkins - none in the bag. Good quality food and worth a stop if you want a good sandwich on an Italian Roll.

Tried this for lunch today. BIG MISTAKE. Worker at the counter appeared to be psychotically hung over or something along those lines. Two medium sandwiches (Wagyu French Dip & Cajun Chicken) with chips & a drink was almost $40. Not terrible if it’s good food. Unfortunately it was so disgusting, neither me or my girlfriend could even make it through ONE HALF of our sandwiches. French dip was dry (somehow) with no flavor in the Au Jus. I’ve had better from ARBY’s. Cajun Chicken was sloppy and soggy according to my girlfriend. The only reason I’m glad I went is so that I know for a FACT that I will never be intrigued to go EVER AGAIN. Go to Jersey Mikes and get a cold cut or just put your money in a coffee can. Either would be a far better decision than to give this dump a dime of your money.Kid-friendliness: Worker at the counter seemed incoherent. Burn marks, scabs and cuts all over his hands. Couldn’t hold eye contact and was by all means acting very rude because of his apparent state of mind. Best guess, this guy got extremely inebriated the night before and either got in a car accident or public intoxication and spent the night in jail. As the only customers in the store, I thanked them before I left and no response was given. This is not a kid friendly environment, heck it isn’t even adult friendly.

Capriotti's is the best! I love their impossible cheese steak and vegetarian turkey. Always a great value for the money. Plus the employees working are always so friendly.

It's so cold, you may as well sit outside. The sandwiches are just ok. The diet Pepsi was not carbonated correctly.

I just quit my job here because the manager dan is racist. I quit due to him saying the n word consistently and it made me uncomfortable. Just as uncomfortable as he made the woman that worked there. Don’t order any of the wagyu because they’re supposed to give you 6 ounces for a medium sub but I got told to give less to the customers because the owner was making inconsistent cutbacks. If you do ever go here to get food make sure Seth or gabe makes your food because they’re the only ones who know they’re jobs. The job was great but the management was very lacking. 10/10 would not recommend eating or working here.

One star because it won't let me give 0. Absolutely terrible experience and their answer is that I should file a dispute with my credit card! On Wednesday we placed a web order for pickup at 1:30 on Thursday. Nowhere on the corporate website or the store website was it indicated that they were closed on Thanksgiving. Their app allowed us to place an order for a time when the restaurant was closed. I did not find this out until I went to pick up the order to find a closed store. I contacted the store first thing Friday so they didn't actually make the now unneeded order and the GM said he would refund it. Cue to this morning when he called to say he couldn't refund it due to ordering for Door Dash pickup. We never order delivery. I informed him of this and he said the system wouldn't let them refund us and I'd have to file a dispute with my credit card company. I'm out $88, do not have the food (nor do I want it). I'm off to file a dispute with Capital One.

My wife and I love Capriotti's. I usually get the Capastrami (hot) or the Slaw Be Joe (cold), and they're both delicious. My wife is vegetarian, and she loves the impossible chicken cheese steak sandwich. The chowder and tomato bisque are also delicious.Nothing bad to say. I won't order a sub anywhere else in the area.

Attempted this place yesterday for the first time. Walked in mid afternoon to a basically empty restaurant, and a rather pathetic excuse for an employee that I think mumbled something about the grill not being on, and cold sandwiches only. Terrible first (and likely last) impression, and IMO obvious evidence of garbage management.
