I was treated so poorly today and I'm not sure why. I needed the door open after sitting in a cold quiet room for 30 min and was looked at like I was nuts. I told the doctor I was confused about dates because my sibling had passed last week. There was no emotion from either doctor or assistant. I've been a patient for years and I went to my car and just cried. Have we gotten to a point we are just animals to be moved though the facility because that is how I left feeling. No smiles from any of the back staff.

Looking back on my first visit at Capital was very easy. At first I was extremely nervous, I was instantly put at ease.I felt that they explain to me what to expect for my upcoming knee replacement. By the time I left my appointment I had a better understanding of what to do to prepare for surgery, and how to prepare myself for the recovery.

I had surgery on my left shoulder to repair a completely torn bicep tendon. Doctor Peterson has been nothing short of amazing. From start to finish he provide complete information on my injury. Since my surgery I have communicated with Doctor Peterson and Jessica Hobs LPN. Jessica has been amazing. She has answered questions every day including the weekend. She has given me great support and encouragement throughout my healing. Capital Orthopedics patient care is above any surgical team I have ever had. They are all blessings from God.

Dr. Jacobson is wonderful! He is very kind and patient. He explained my options for treatment and we settled on surgery. I appreciate the time he took during my appointments and and especially during my first postop visit. He walked me through the procedure and outcome in great detail. He is a great surgeon and the staff at Capital Ortho is excellent! I have been a patient there for years and always receive exceptional care!

Unfortunately, I've had to have 2 hip replacements and ankle surgery all within a year and half. The doctors here are Wonderful!! They do a great job of listening and explaining. I love the constant follow-up after surgery to make sure you're healing properly. I highly recommend them!!

I’m so very thankful for Dr. Lee and the Capital Orthopaedics staff! I have tried other doctors and he was willing to give me one more try and I am FINALLY getting the help I need from him. Every staff member I have met has been absolutely fantastic and eased my nerves. Thank you Dr. Lee!

I received the best care from the on call doctor, Dr. Michael Nguyen. He took time to explain and most of all listen to me as I was in pain. His male nurse, unfortunately I did not get his name, was also excellent. It is wonderful to know you don’t have to wait to get in and see someone who has expertise and knowledge to help your situation. I would highly recommend Capital Orthopaedics & the walk in clinic.

I really enjoy Capital Orthopedic's. They have a great staff. Everyone is always so nice and caring. Andy, really has helped me with my neck and shoulder issues. He has been awesome to work with and he truly listens to my needs. I appreciate there help and support. They have a wonderful receptionist too, she is fun to talk too.

I stopped in at the walk in clinic and I am sure glad I did. The staff was amazing, friendly, caring and relaxed. Dr. Nguyen was awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly and again relaxed. The environment made for a comfortable experience for me as the patient. The whole staff including Dr. Nguyen are on top of their game! Can’t recommend them enough if your having any muscle or joint issues.

I had a total knee replacement done almost 3 weeks ago by Dr. Jacobson. It was done as an outpatient surgery, which did make me nervous. I am not going to say that it hasn’t been painful, as expected, but I feel it is going very well. My incision looks good and is healing very well. The PA that works with him has been excellent at answering my questions and explaining things. I am very satisfied with my care at this office and would absolutely recommend their care.

I was very impressed with the doctor. He was friendly yet professional and spent a good deal of time addressing my issues and treatment.All the staff made me feel comfortable. My visit was a pleasant experience.

Received a right knee and right hip injection. Both the PA and Dr. Nguyen were amazing! The explanations and expectations were realistic. Pain relief was faster than I thought it would be. Highly recommend Capitol Orthopedics.

I met with Brian for my upcoming hip replacement pre surgical evaluation. It wasn’t our first rodeo (have had knee replaced) so we got right down to business. He ask of my concerns and explained what Dr Fish would be doing the day of surgery. I was told what restrictions would be necessary. He then ran me through exercises that will make the muscles strong around the new replacement. Since I am not very sedentary, he believes the outcome for a successful surgery to have a high percentage rate.
