Fun place to shop. Good people here. Quality and uniqueness is what they have. Purchased a wide corduroy cuddle chair and soon after got rid of the recliner and ordered another one. I love the quality of their furnishings.

From the first day I met Laura I felt comfortable in her hands. My worries that I would be pushed into expensive furniture were gone. Laura worked with me to try to find what I wanted even when I didn't know. I ordered a fabric and had a couch made for my exact needs for my family room. Jessica made the process fun, efficient, and easy. She listened to what I wanted and needed and delivered. I was immediately greeted by Laura who impressed me with her knowledge of the furniture and how it would fit into my space. They have a great selection of fabrics for your made to order furniture. They may be a little more expensive than some of the other furniture stores but the quality of furniture is superb and I'm sure will last and wear much longer. I couldn't be happier with my experience at By Design.
