It’s a nice enough store. Inside, it’s indistinguishable from TJ Max or Marshalls. They used to have unique stuff. Clean spot though.

Slowest line I have ever been in. People doing whatever instead of checking people out. I think I moved one spot in line every 8 minutes. The immediate interview signs make sense.
EDITED: staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.

I went to use the restroom when I was there recently. The entire inside handle was missing except for one small broken piece. This is an obvious safety issue. I took a picture of it, but no way to share. The store is usually not very tidy. Their selection is just ok. I saw one girl working there that went to a dressing room door and pounding on it while someone was in there. Not sure what was going on, but they did open the door and she went in and removed some items. Their customer service is lacking and they need to keep things repaired.

My wife was falsley accused of shoplifting or knowing who the 2 people were that DID shoplift bc they happened to walk in the door at the same time. (Keep in mind there is only 1 entrance that is also the exit) so naturally being in a strip mall with a large parking lot i guess that makes her guilty. She forgot her phone in the store and went back to get it, the manager refused to return her property and insisted in calling the police. She finally got ahold of me and as i show up demanding to see this video proof they claim to have nobody can provide any answers or even show me a single video! I was outraged and waited around for another 30 min for the police, nobody showed up. Only have the manager come back and actually apologize.... Day late dollar short. My wife was horribly embarassed and will never return. Her only break all week to get out of the house while having a sitter was spent defending her innocence and being treated like a criminal with ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF! these employees are rude, the whole thing is agreegise. Someone MUST be held accountable or we will be seeking legal action!!!

My niece went there today and went to try on a sports bra, to make sure it fit. Immediately someone was in there pounding and yelling on the door to come out, while she was undressed! Said she couldn’t try it on because it’s ‘underwear’. Terrible customer service. No need to ever step in there again.
