Horrible experience came up 2 times 1. They locked the door as we were pulling in before they closed. Next day I come at opening and they changed the time from what was up there an hour later I come back and the sign says they will be back in another hour smh

The Clive Boost is owned by a bum. I bought my IPhone XR for 900 dollars and had no contract. I took the phone on vacation using the Boost network and had no service through the whole state of South Dakota. I went back to the store and said i would no longer be continuing service with them because their coverage is terrible where I travel. I then left and went to verizon and they said the phone I just bought is locked to boost or sprint. As a company they have the option to buy locked or unlocked phones. I asked the owner for a refund because this wasn't discussed during purchase. He told his sales associated on three different locations the same thing. The sales people at Boost had no idea that they were selling locked phones. This business will be gone and forgotten soon...do not waste your money there.

Poor coverage, customer service has really become the worst...No English speaking staff and background noise doesn't help during communications. I won't be renewing my service.

I was with Boost for almost 7 years, but enough was enough. Signal was always very poor. Even in my own city, I struggled to get even a half-full signal bar.
