Went to Traci for a 60 minute facial. It was FANTASTIC!! We discussed skin needs and she used the products that worked wonderful. The shoulder and neck massage was lovely too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had a 90-minute massage with Cori and it was a great experience! I wasn't sure what to expect, but had a 20% off coupon so decided to give it a try. Cori was so knowledgeable and helped me understand why I had tight muscles and sore feet, and explained what she was doing to help. She is also very accommodating and pays close attention to your needs. Don't worry that she talks a lot though - I asked a lot of questions, but if you want peace and quiet she is very respectful of that as well. I also think the value for what they charge is excellent, and I highly recommend scheduling a massage with Cori.

My experience was horrible! I spent almost 4 hours there just having my old dip removed and new nail dip put back on. Then the top coat peeled off once i got home. So I had to go back 3 days later to have then fixed. The nail tech, Haley, then spent another 4 hours redoing them! What????Good thing that I'm retired and didnt have a lot to get done that day! She also had an Uber picking her up at 5 pm. I asked her to postpone it so that we could at least finish them up. She said no and left me under the heat lamp drying my nails. Then a week later, I had to go to another shop and have the top coat properly done-for another $15 dollars! I defintely will not go back!

Love shopping the sales here. Athraa did a wonderful job on my eyebrow tint, and later, when I called concerned it was a touch darker than I wanted, Teresa was able to tell me how to proceed to remedy the issue at home.

I had the most amazing experience at your store today thanks to Teresa and Micaela. Not wanting to drive 15 minutes each way only to find out the product was not available, I called the store ahead of time. Teresa was so helpful, confirmed that the product was in stock, and saved two of them behind the register for me until I could get there. When I stopped in to exchange two items that I had accidentally grabbed the wrong product name of, Teresa and Micaela assisted in the exchange and also helped me find three fun, new nail polish colors to add on to my purchase! They were so friendly and helpful. Teresa had just received a delivery of smoothies and when I inquired where they were from because they looked delicious, she gave me one!!! I absolutely didn't expect this, but the random act of kindness warmed my heart and added to the exceptional customer service experience. I know Teresa couldn't have known that I am on day 2 of a 2-day break between work/travel, exhausted, a little stressed, and had been just really struggling to find positivity in my afternoon..but her kindness brought a smile to my day, and the sun felt a little brighter on my drive home. The smoothie was delicious, Teresa was right! The polish colors will make for a perfect make-over day with my two young daughters, as we share a few more hours of family time this weekend. Thank you for the wonderful service, the genuine kindness, and the reminder that the world is full of beautiful people. ?

While on vacation I stopped at this store and was looking for a product to thicken my hair without making it too frizzy and unmanageable. I purchased the Loma moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner was Ok but the shampoo stinks and was almost watery. The woman that helped me had no bottom teeth and she was super rude. All the testers were expired and there wasn’t any toilet paper in the restroom but I did see a roach or water bug crawl by the sink! So gross! Horrible experience!! If I could leave zero stars, I would!!!
