Very rude employees. I asked an employee if she worked there because I needed help with something (just wanted to make sure I was asking the appropriate person for help) she rolled her eyes said yes and walked away dumbfounded I still asked if she could help she said no and continued to walk away. Needless to say I didn’t not get what I went there for.

Service was decent, selection was pretty good, but prices were a bit steep. I suggest checking out prices online before you go shopping, as they will match their online price.

I just moved to the Clive area, I saw the store, I never heard of it, I had to see what it was, so I went shopping. I bought some very nice home decor items today, my only complaint is there is not a cart to transport bigger items through the store to the register, and to your vehicle. I did tell the manager they needed a cart to transport larger items, she said they would help transport. Very nice employees, the store was nicely organized, clean, and reasonable priced items, I received a 10 percent military discount. They have gained a new customer, and I signed up to be a consigner, how fun.

The ride on carts are always dead. Being disabled makes it impossible to walk around the store. Out of the ten times I have been there in the last year nine of those trips left me stranded in the store. Had to have stranger get me a new cart. That cart did not even make it to the check out. I left everything I was going to buy and left the store. Employees saw me struggle and did nothing.
