Dropped off eleven junk tires. The phone, desk and “yard” people were good / Helpful… attentive and conscientious. I’d give them 5 outta 5 but I never give perfect scores because inevitably, we all have room for improvement… so “4.6” stars.

Reliable, professional service with a friendly, sincere attitude. I got four new tires that were better than what I expected. The price was fair and the work was done ahead of schedule. I also appreciate the extra service Tandem offers like their tire protection plan, and free tire rotation. Tandem gets my business.

Came in for a rear tire alert ( low). Got me in right away and found a nail and screw in tire. Patched quickly and I was on my way. Friendly and courteous service.

They were awesome it was almost closing time and my engine light came on saying that it was low on oil.tThe gentleman told me to bring it in and they looked at it shortly after I got there to find out the drain plug had fallen out. They had it fixed in no time and said to bring it by next week so they can check it. I used some one else for my last oil change never again. The crew was awesome.

Great costumer service! Very clean and professional, but also very down to earth waiting experience. I called 6 different shops before Tandem and none had my size tire (old and tiny car), but they had exactly what I needed, and were able to fit me in the next morning. My new go to shop.
