My chainsaw ran about half throttle and no power, I took carburetor apart and cleaned, still wouldn’t run above half throttle, he took in shop with me and fixed it in 5 minutes, super service ???

my moped had stopped working, I called to set up an appointment and they got me in, in 10 minutes! Got my moped fixed in an hour or two!!! Amazing service!!! So happy!! Thank you guys again!

Took my JD rider in to get fixed. Had to take it back for repairs. The mechanic misses a pully . Jim is very kind and friendly. Very informative

Incredibly nice people who know the equipment they sell. Superior experience to the big box stores. It is great to have names and faces of folks who will provide maintenance and service down the road. Great experience purchasing premium brand gear. People like this make me love living in a smaller town.

Very poor service for my Stihl FS-91 gas trimmer. Purchased from Sparks June of 2020. Started and ran perfectly until June 2022. Would not start and took to Sparks twice. After several days both times, Sparks called and ready to go. Sparks replaced spark plug, adjusted carburetor and valves. Now runs worse than ever before: hard starting, no power, will not rev up speed, dies on idle and does not stay running. Reported this back to Sparks. Then took to a different Stihl dealer having a tech with over 30-years experience. He reported to me that the carburetor has internal parts missing. He is currently working on it. Never again Sparks.
