This service is by far the best I've ever had help me through such a devastating time. Losing a family pet is hard but when Northbridge is involved their compassion for your pet almost seems as though it is one of their own. I would recommend this company 1,000 times over for the heartfelt and comforting experience I had a few weeks ago. Kudos to this amazing group that takes such pride in what they do!! Thankful doesn't even begin to explain how I feel!!

Unexpectedly losing our beloved “Tuck” in the early morning hours of a Thursday morning was almost unbearable. But, the heartache an pain was eased by the caring service that Northridge provides. From the first call when I was still in shock to the heart wrenching return of our beloved Retriever I knew that they genuinely cared for him and that he was in good hands. Knowing that he was being taken care of gave all of us comfort in a time when we needed it most. Although I hope whomever reads this never has to endure the pain of losing a pet, please know that if that time does come you can trust Northridge to provide the absolute best service. Thank you so much for what you do..

5 Stars My Rizzo recently passed and Northridge handled everything for us through our Vet Clinic. They did a wonderful job and I had piece of mind knowing that my best-friend was in great hands. I was traveling through Iowa over memorial day weekend with my elderly pet of 15 years. He passed quietly on his own while with our Iowa family. Trying to find a service to help was a challenge. All said, we're too busy, we're not open. Call back in a week. My call to North Ridge was so caring and thoughtful. They came to my aid. I trusted them with my fur baby and will always be thankful

Chris,Carena and their family are so kind and compassionate. When Chris and his son came to our home to pick Duke up at our house they were so respectful and carried him out on a stretcher. Their family is truly sincere when they extend their condolences. I would highly recommend them to take care of your pet after they have crossed the Rainbow Bridge

My family lost our dog New Years Eve. The ground had been frozen for awhile so we were not able to dig a hole for her. It bothered us that she wasn't able to be laid to rest. We contacted Northridge Pet Cremation Services. They responded in a timely manner to all our questions, they picked her up, and then brought her back home afterwards. They worked around our crazy hours and schedule as well! She came home in a nice velvet bag and they added a nice, signed card. Great business and great people!
