Im originally from central Illinois,and all we have is County Markets and Walmarts .. they are crap. This place was very impressive the first time I walked in. Displays are nice, everything is fresh, and customer service is excellent. It became my favorite place to shop.

Produce is always going bad 2 days after it's bought. Nothing is ever kept stocked when there's sales. Most of the employees are rude and very unhelpful. The chicken and cooked items are never fresh. Employees get screwed around on their hours and treated like dirt. Have seen many concerns that should be reported... they really need someone to come in there and step it up or shut the doors!

The manager of this store needs to be replaced. Dozens of items sitting on shelves that are MONTHS out of date. Do you know how long sparkling water has to sit on a shelf for it to be out of date by months? I don’t mind using out of date items at home but I certainly don’t want to pay $11 for a bag of ground coffee that’s 3 months out of date.

Some prices are absolutely phenomenal, and others are a little crazy. We can usually get in and out pretty quickly. They have great deli food! Love the 4 u deals!***Update**- Tonight, we went into the store and grabbed a few groceries. My husband tried getting fried chicken when we first went in roughly 7 pm.The employee @ the deli stated she was done with the fryer and no more fried chicken. We went about getting our groceries and as we started heading to the front of the store my husband heard a customer at the deli asking for an order of fried chicken -my husband went over- the customer said yes he heard correctly & she was ordering fried chicken & my husband better tell the deli employee right away- which he tried to do (it wasn't even in the fryer yet- and the deli employee refused to throw in another order.(Now the 1st customer asked for 2 orders & my husband asked for 1 order - and the deli employee refused him even tho the fryer had more than enough room) This was a little frustrating as we had tried almost an hour before to order the fried chicken.The cashier at the register even mentioned something to one of the others that something needed to be done regarding the deli.I will be calling the manager in the morning to discuss what happened, as we are frequently in the store for groceries and the deli fried chicken, and this was our first questionable experience.
