Had a script sent here and was told that one of the medications that I needed wouldn’t be available until after 11am the next day. Not a problem but when I arrived to fill the script I was then informed that they wouldn’t have it until after 5pm. It would have been nice to receive a call or a message that it wasn’t going to be available when they said it would be.

Had appointments yesterday to get out covid 19 vaccines and never received them, the lady who took our cards never entered anything into there computer after making us wait a 1/2 hrs with no we will be right with , any acknowledgement that she didn't forget us nope she kept helping other customers while remember we both had a appointment .very RUDE thanks for nothing and this lady really needs to learn customer service .will never go near this pharmacy again yes mean while after being ignored for a half hour she is scheduling other people for vaccines .

Terrible service. Awful communication. And extremely inconvenient nearly every time I try to have a prescription filled. Never notified about my prescriptions ; if they have received them, when filled, what’s filled, etc. never going back.

11/22/22 11:50 show up for lunch passing through town. Virtually all the tables in the dining area are dirty...presumably from breakfast. Really? People are walking around looking at tables and doing nothing. Table cleaning is basic and this store failed.

Went into hyvee for Chinese almost two hours before closing. Manager would not let the kid make any food. We asked for Mongolian beef. Had it but couldn’t serve it. Garlic chicken, didn’t have it and wouldn’t make it. Did the same thing to the people before me. The only thing the manager would let the kid make was chicken and he even had to sneak that. How do you expect to have a business like that?

Had a horrible experience with the bakery manager, once again. She was too busy gossiping while putting items on the shelf, she was swearing and talking about sex and affairs. She took one look at me, scuffed, and moved to a different area and loudly explained "she can't believe she has to deal with customers and she honestly hated her job". ive never felt less than human by anyone else in the store. Her name is Kate this is the 3rd time ive been treated like crap by her, on top of seeing her treat her coworkers just as equal.

Hy Vee states that you can come in anytime the pharmacy is open and you do not need an appointment to get a Covid booster shot. My wife drove her 83 year old mother to the Clinton HyVee. They got there about 25 minutes before the pharmacy was to close. The pharmacist refused to give them the booster shot. First he said he would have to open a vial and the rest of the vial would go bad. After my wife went to the store manager who also said they would not the shot and gave a bunch of other excuses. The final excuse was since there is a 15 minute waiting period after the shot, the pharmacy would be closed by the time the 15 minutes was up. If they had given the shot when they came in the pharmacy would have still been open. But apparently the pharmacist wanted to go home early because he closed the steel grating 15 minutes before the pharmacy was even supposed to close! Going home early was more important to the pharmacist than the life of an 83 year old customer! Worst yet he is the manager of the pharmacy.

My daughter just went to the Clinton Iowa HyVee to get her booster and said the pharmacy staff including the pharmacist are not wearing masks. Considering the number of at risk people who must visit a pharmacy this is negligence and reckless. We are reporting the pharmacist and the store to the licensing board.

Love there customer service and attention to detail. Joline and Brodie (hope I spelled there names right) diffantly my favorite. They seem to keep their focus no matter the situation. In floral I am happy the lady with glasses is now running it she cares about whatever occasion you get flowers or arrangements for. Thanks Hyvee.

I got mixed fruit it was disgusting it smelled like it was fermenting I couldn't stomach it right maybe three bites the salad I got was all melted wet nasty disgusting on the bottom and I called up and said I could bring it back and get my money back but two out of the three things I bought before I went to work we're so bad I couldn't eat that so now I am at work for 12 hours and I have nothing to eat in my opinion if two out of three things you buy are that bad never shop there again

Pharmacy Manager Manreet is great and has a very good staff working with him to make it the best pharmacy around. They care about their customers, everything is always done right, and they are happy to help with any questions or concerns you might have.

Went to the market grille for breakfast yesterday & our food was ice cold when we got it, the “waitress” left so we couldn’t say anything, & the “cook” was rude. Wasted $45. Will not eat there again.
