“I was in the store last week looking for a stiff brush to help remove adhesive on concrete. A very nice man who was doing some work farther up an aisle came over to me & asked if I needed help. He led me to the dept. where he told me all about the different brushes & which one would work the best. I already had purchased an adhesive remover before. He was so very pleasant & helpful. I always appreciate that. From what I could see on his name tag it looked like his name was Bryon. By the way, the brush did the job.”

“I had a great time here today due to the personality of the employee who checked us out. I arrived with a friend to pick up his father's online order. The clerk was the same one who took the order and was told where we were coming from, so it was a bit of a surprise when we were asked how Wisconsin was. Not something we expected to hear while in Clinton, IA. It's really nice that people are willing to let their humor show!”
