Asked my kid to stop well she was in town and grab a 3/4 socket. She was not able to find one so she asked for help, showing the employee a picture of what she was looking for and the employee told her they don't sell sockets!!!! Really!!!

Helped me find what I needed. Actually staff was present and helpful. Used my coupons, had a solid inventory and was worth a trip. The Icon tools & boxes are excellent.

They've raised their prices so much yet the quality is shady at best on a lot of products. Some of it is worth buying, but definitely not most of it.

it's not matco or snap on but it's not the price of those brands either. I have no complaints on anything about this place or the tools that they sell you get what you pay for
