Received a terrible cut that was uneven you could visibly see it one side an inch longer than the other and the back all chopped up. Each time I tried to expain what it needed she kept cutting. When I called to complain. I had to tell the manager what I want vs her offering a refund or anything. Then she proceeded to argue about how good the girl that did my hair is and the she has great clientele. Last l checked I was the customer as manager myself I'm not here to prove the customer wrong but to make sure they are happy and everyone is doing their job correctly.

They did so amazing with my 1 year old son and the girl was so patient with him making sure he wasn't scared of anything and always knew what she was doing and she even somewhat played with him
