***BEVARE THEY DO NOT REPLACE VALVE STAMPS ON TIRES AS THE $9.99 ADDITIONAL COST GOING TO MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE TO YOUR SERVICE THEY REATHER HAVE YOU ANOTHER FLAT ON THE ROAD TO MAKE SURE ITS THE VALVE STAMP***Driver got serviced on tire replacement very fast completed got called for invoiced paid and done with. 12 hrs. later truck gets pulled in the scale hause with low/no air on the same tire and gets placed out of service cant express the pain these CSA scores cause. Called the shop to find out why they didn't replace the valve stamp he didn't want to conversate about the new valve stamp not placed rather was more interested to know why our driver didn't catch it before the DOT did. I was trying to make the point of if you are going to charge someone X amount on a F... tire why not put a new Valve stamp? he said this conversation is over and hang up on me. Vey unprofessional and easy to point fingers as hes initiating our driver should have caught the tire before the DOT did these units stay on the highway up-to 7hrs without a single stop so to blame the driver why this tire wasn't flat hrs ago didn't make sense. Will Deff not use again

Travis was super helpful. I had to go on an emergency work trip in a few days, and my alignment was super out of whack and my tires weren’t doing great. Travis got me in within 24 hours, got me new tires, and got my alignement fixed, all for $20 under the original quote.Great work, super helpful. I highly recommend them!

I was traveling through the area last Friday when I had a tire blow out. I reached out to Eastern Iowa Tire to see if they could help me. Got to the store a little after closing time and Trevis was waiting for me. He quickly got a new tire on my vehicle and I was on my way. I also appreciated the fact that he was able to recommend a sister location in Omaha so I could replace the rest of my tires with the same brand. Thanks Trevis for the exceptional customer service!

1000000/10 - I support a factory across the street and was in a rental car visiting to support. What I didn't realize was that the tires were BAD. I noticed on my drive up that I was losing air out of a tire and had been filling it, so I brought the car here real quick to see if they could find anything. The worker basically told me I was not safe to drive home on those tires - screws/nails, chunks missing, and balding. I went ahead and approved them to change them in hopes I would have the car back quickly to head back home. They were QUICK I mean - I dropped it off around 10AM and they had all the tires changed before lunch. IF it was my personal car, I wouldn't have had any issues covering it either, they were super affordable. Great service, great help, swift work, great pricing. Highly recommend. Hopefully, I never have to go back, but would definitely recommend to everyone in the area. They treated me really well!

They may be a little higher priced than other places but you get what you pay for. Your vehicle will be repaired properly vs a halfa** job. Very clean waiting area.

Absolutely wonderful experience here at Eastern Iowa Tire. Very pleasant and polite techs and front desk. Very knowledgeable staff and go up and beyond to make sure that the customer is very satisfied. Will come back and back.

Was very pleased with E.I.T. Inc! They are very professional, and take time to find tires that fit your needs. I was able to keep my stock rims and use a bigger tire because they suggested a front end lift, ( which was something I hadn't thought about) they delivered on time and for the price they quoted me.They are now my permanent tire shop! Thanks to all the folks at. E.I.T. Inc. For a job well done.
