Huge THANK YOU to Downtown Auto today!!!
I popped my tire and could not drive it anywhere and with Brock at work, they came and grabbed it!
Not only did they pick it up this morning, they had a new tire on it and it’s back in my driveway to make it to basketball practices tonight! I can not be without my Mommy Mobile with the five littles ?

I have been taking my everyday driver to Downtown Auto for all of my maintenance and repair needs for about 3 years now. They are always timely with repairs, fair and honest with their prices, and are always friendly and answer all of my questions thoroughly. I would rather wait to get a service appointment there than drop my car off with another shop because they can get me in sooner. They also have Great Danes in the shop, which is a bonus! Dog people are my kind of people! Big thanks to everyone at Downtown Auto for always taking good care of me!

very kind and helpful. had an emergency and i couldn’t find anywhere willing to help other than them! for being unplanned and unexpected, they handled everything quickly and efficiently. i would highly recommend both their auto-shop and tow company :)

Quentynn did an amazing job towing me out of a very tight spot today. It was not an easy tow for sure. He was incredibly kind, and patient even though I was in a full panic. They were also super fast in getting to me, when I even expected I would have quite a wait considering where I got towed out of. He definitely deserves 10 stars instead of 5, and a raise! This review is for two tow jobs. Quentynn was the only person we could find to tow two trucks off the side of the road that gelled up in the cold temps. He had excellent customer service and was very fast at moving the vehicles. He stayed in contact with us until the jobs were done. The fees were reasonable. I was very pleased with the service we received from Quentynn and highly recommend him for towing.Service: Car towing

Had truck towed in as no start. They got it started by "cleaning a sensor", then told me I needed a tune up. Before I could even ask to have that done was told "we don't do tune ups here, but we got it started you can come get it."I could understand last year when I had my Cadillac towed in and ya'll couldnt fix it but a Ford truck tune up!

I couldn't get my vehicle to start so I had it towed to downtown auto clinic which their sign says complete auto service but they charged $65 for the tower all of two blocks just to tell me it needs a tune up and they don't do that their okay ? So what do you do ? Stay awake from this place !!! Very rude people as well not a good experience at all
