I read through a lot of reviews before going to open up an account.Once I got established with Ascentra, you can tell that they have great people working there, from the bottom all the way to the top, who really do have the best interest for their customers in the forefront of their mind.I have done a lot of business with them over the past couple of years, and every time the experiences continues to bypass my expectations.I refinanced my house with Kristina. It was a quick and painless transaction, where she actually saved me money going from a 30 year loan, to a 15 year loan.My last transaction was the best one I have had yet. We had no intentions on moving, however, a home came up on the market that we loved. I contacted Kristina right away, and in 30 minutes, she had me approved without contingency to sell my other home first. Through every step of the way, Kristina was there, answering all of my annoying questions and taking all of my probably unnecessary phone calls, haha! It truly shows that Kristina cares about her job and the people that she serves.At the end of this, it is refreshing to know that Ascentra stands behind their members and assists anyway that they possibly can!
