I had a major problem with the engine, and I wanted to know if it was worth fixing. Todd said he thought I'd probably get another 100,000 miles. So there was no high pressure to buy a new vehicle. My 2014 town and country is running very well now and I couldn't be more pleased. Now Todd, we'll see how close to right you are. Lol

I been Dealing with Justin in service department what a wonderful gentleman I had a big issue on my car and he came threw for me and he listened to me I couldn’t ask for abetter person to talk to and get things resolved in a short time he new what I was going threw being without a vehicle Thank you Justin keep doing that awesome job in the service department

Horrendous service department. Almost never returns calls. Often have to schedule oil changes WEEKS out. Always get the standard "we can't re-create the problem" when dealing with warranty claim AFTER charging $120 for diagnostic. Have had to sick both Jeep and Nissan parent company officials on them on several occasions. Very eager to make sale, but very slow to respond once real service issues come up. NEVER again.

Bought my ‘22 Ram here back in 2022. The sales team is spot on and listens to you. I’ve had a few minor maintenance problems and they’ve never had any issue getting them taken care of. A great all-around dealer that takes pride in making their customers happy.
