My brother purchased a car from clinton auto group.His processed of paperwork was rushed and completed in an hour. The service department charges a 100.00 dollars an hour for repairs. a total rip off and no normal mechanics charge this outrageous fee.I would like to admit brother is a disable veteran. their is plenty of other dealership to do business with.in the end I am going to look out for my brothers best interest

Excellent service department, I'm from out of town and I was working a 12 hour nite shift when I was driving back to hotel in morning and my check engine light came on. I went to service department a 1/2 hour before they opened and met service manager Todd in the parking lot as he was coming into work,I explained my situation and he said no problem we will get you in right away... I really needed to get it looked at so I could get some sleep before my nite shift..they got me in and on my way all taken care of in 10 min... no appointment, before they opened and Todd was nothing but courteous, professional ! the service tech that took care of my issue was awesome as well ! They went above and beyond for customer service which is hard to come by these days ! and especially for someone who was really tired ?

Went in for a replacement window regulator on passenger side,500$ later have dent in the outside of door and window rattles.mentioned it in email to rep but never heard another word from them.
