It was a good experience. They were not able to do my work on my car because they do not deal with ac lines you have to remove my AC in clear the lines before you can do the alternator apparently. They did not charge me for the diagnostic because of the inconvenience for that I am appreciative.

Never got that far called a couple times, waited 4 minutes 1st time and 6 minutes 2nd and no body answered the phone for an appointment. Said they'd call back if I leave #. I have to go to work and don't have all day to make an appointment. I'll call somewhere else. Too busy to help anyone I guess.....
