The appointment took 2x as long as they originally told me but that was okay.
The waiting room was comfortable but they only had complimentary coffee. Most dealerships I’ve been too offer water and snacks due to such a long wait typically. There were vending machines you could have used.”
“Muncks Auto is a great choice for getting your vehicle worked on. They are fair, and will call you if you want to set a price limit. The people in the front have to deal with all sorts of people, some giving their repair problems in details that make no sense, but they listen and do a great job of staying putterositive. The mechanics in the back have a great understanding and knowledge to get your car fixed right. I highly recommend this place. They even have towing service that will pick your vehicle up and bring it to the shop. Great people, great service, at a fair price.”
