“We rented the smallest boat, The Minnow and had a wonderful time! It was just my husband and I so we had plenty of room but its big enough to hold a crew. They make it so easy by having the boat ready to go and all gassed up at the dock. The boat had Bluetooth so we could easily play music without needing to pack a speaker. We didn't swim but the boat conveniently came with a little ladder for getting into the lake/boat easily. All we had to do basically was show up, get our boat on, and then drop it back at the dock. So easy and painless!!”

“Absolutely amazing service!!! I was traveling from Minnesota to Des Moines on a Saturday and developed an issue with my vehicle. I happened to be in the Mason City area and pulled into Precise Auto to see if they would be able to look at it. I didn't expect much as it was a Saturday, but the owner, Tom, and the mechanic, Jason, were more helpful than I could have even dreamed of. They took my truck in, diagnosed a bad wheel bearing, and were able to have it fixed in under two hours and get me on my way. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!”

As far as buying a used car off a small lot, it worked out as good as possible. I imagine whoever sources cars for their inventory can sniff out decent vehicles.”

“The lady that answers the phone and the younger gentleman that helped me get a tire were friendly and very helpful. The only negative I have to say is it was a muddy mess out there, granted it had just rained for the past 2 days. But they didn't have anything like pallets or cardboard leading to the office. So not really ever being out there personally before I didn't know what to expect, or I didn't even think about it. Lol. So needless to say my tan crocks got a little muddy and I just about fell on my ass trying to jump a couple tires that were on the ground off to the side. But other than that it was a great experience”
