The people from this house always intrude into other people's yards and leave trash around. Good location but far away from downtown and is not directly on the lake. Good rooms and living space. No direct services but has running water and electrical, and all the stuff you need.

Local architectural marvel. It is a private residence though, so it's only really seen by those driving from Clear Lake to Ventura.
