Nothing but excuses and you know what they say about those ... Messed up 2 of our 4 pizzas and told us like it or go somewhere else when we said these are unacceptable. Wouldn't even give a refund. We paid for a large taco that had enough toppings on it for 1 piece and a sausage that spent double the time in the oven.

I have stopped at this Casey’s many times but tonight was my last time. I ordered pizzas online and arrived at my pick up time. I was asked my order name and then the employee returned to work. They hadn’t started working on my order yet. I waited for a few more minutes before asking how much longer it would be. She informed me it would be another 30 minutes. I’m not sure why she didn’t tell me this up front instead of letting me stand there wondering how long it would be. I guess they expected me to just stand there for 30 minutes! I would have appreciated a call letting me know they were running behind so that I didn’t have to make two trips. I get being busy and don’t mind my order being late but the customer service and communication was terrible. My husband returned to the store later to pick up the pizzas and they JUST started to make the pizzas an HOUR after the first time I tried to pick them up. They weren’t even ready.

Great place to get gas, a drink, and something to eat. They have pizza, donuts, cookies, biscuits and gravy, and so much more. Staff is always friendly and get in and out in a timely manner.

Tried to give me 2 medium pizzas when I ordered 2 Larg and then tried to lie saying that's how big the medium are lol

It’s a good location for a Casey’s but when I went to get fountain Overdrive, the nozzle fell into my 32oz cup, thankfully staff members took care of it right away. The staff was very friendly and friendly when it happened. So I got Fountain Pepsi instead which overflowed but I cleaned the table up. So I got with the fountain Pepsi a 20oz Mtn Dew Game Fuel. I also got a Casey’s branded chocolate bar which was 1.69. I did see a soft serve ice cream machine but didn’t get a cone of it. I hope this Casey’s can fix that and overcome its issues and continue to be a good stop to go to in Clear Lake, IA.-Shy_Gun670
Parking: Parking is not great with the pumps near it being quite narrow.

Just in the last few weeks this has become the worst gas station in CL. Terrible service, inventory, and food. Something isnt right. I can't be the only person that's noticed. Finding a new daily gas station

Jorden (the cashier working at the time) made sure to show me, an older women, the utmost respect and courtesy. He deserves a raise. He may seem shy but very nice.

I was just in picking up cheese, and a couple other things. The woman cashier was very nice. I am disabled and don't walk well. Kinda all over the place. The pain is extreme and interferes with my speech. She followed me out to be sure I'm OK. Much appreciated
