Convenient, right off the freeway. Don't get a room in the back. Very strange add-on to the hotel. The young woman who checked us in and out was wonderful.

Chuck the maintenance man is a good egg. He is always on the go cleaning up the parking lot and keeping the motel in tip top shape with a smile. He deserves a raise

Great location if you decide to visit Clear Lake Iowa and go to the Surf Ballroom. Awesome prices and a great breakfast.
