“Purchased a vintage furniture piece that had a 3 piece mirror to it. In the process of carrying the mirror into the house, one of the 3 mirrors fell off and broke. The mirror was curved and very unique but was a mirror design to the opposite side. I wasn't sure if it was replaceable. I took the opposite side into Northland Glass and they made no promises, but about a week and a half later, they gave me a call and had made a perfect match! It fit into the frame exactly!! The price was pretty steep, but with consideration of the detail of the edges of the mirror and that the entire mirror edge had to be polished to a semi-circle, I think it was a fair price. I will return should I need any custom mirror or window work in the future.”

“I was visiting the area and noticed a problem with the baseplate (for towing my car behind my RV). I called Truck Specialties to ask if they could take care of something like that, he said yes but they were booked until next week. But he said i could bring it by and they could at least take a look to let me know if it was a serious problem or could wait. So i did. A very nice tech took a quick look, confirmed that it was a serious (and potentially very dangerous) problem and they made the time to fix it on the spot. In about two hours I was on my way - safely! The price was very reasonable and the folks there were all very nice to deal with. I couldn't have been happier - or more grateful for the service i got at Truck Specialties.”
“Absolutely amazing service!!! I was traveling from Minnesota to Des Moines on a Saturday and developed an issue with my vehicle. I happened to be in the Mason City area and pulled into Precise Auto to see if they would be able to look at it. I didn't expect much as it was a Saturday, but the owner, Tom, and the mechanic, Jason, were more helpful than I could have even dreamed of. They took my truck in, diagnosed a bad wheel bearing, and were able to have it fixed in under two hours and get me on my way. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!”

“Excellent work and efficient!!!! Our RV had a check engine and low Def lights come on while traveling to Iowa. They were able to get us in, diagnose the problem and had the new sensor on hand. While working the RV they found the drive belt had missing ribs. In the end they found the tensioner assembly needed to replaced and probably was the cause of the belt shredding. This was a blessing, because we most certainly would of needed to be towed at some point down the road. Thank you to their team, from the front desk to the mechanics!!!! It's not fun when you need work on the road, but Truck Center did an excellent job!”
