Very prompt and professional service. Doctor was contacted for second opinions on chronic rash on one of our Pomeranians who had been seen multiple times by our primary veterinarian without success. So far new diagnosis and treatments seem to be working. Recommended highly

Would not go back. We brought a semi feral cat in to get it fixed and clearly informed the staff when making the appointment to clip the ear…which they didn’t do and the only response was that they already put her our for the surgery, sorry. Dropping the cat was fine but when picking up more like an assembly line clearly not interested in answering questions and seemed irritated when we asked them to apply flea & tick medication as it was a feral cat. Also asked us to bring the cat back in 10 days to remove stitches…not sure why dissolvable sutures were not used especially since the cat was feral and unsure we could even corral her back. Also received her shots but only provided rabies cert and no complete record like most vets when checking out. Fortunately we were able to get her back in house to remove stitches. Then to top it off we ordered a 12 month supply of medication from petmeds and when we called to see what the hold up was at the vet we were informed of a $15 prescription fee even though she had a full exam and shots with the surgery. So at the end of the day we should have just taken her to the vet in shenandoah as they have better bedside manner.

This is the second time we've taken our beloved pets over to be cremated. They take great care of your deceased pet. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
