They are always polite, patient, understanding and friendly. When I meet a new employee I feel like I have met a new friend. “Right after I got in the store and got going on a new phone Eric got overloaded with customers and was over the top in trying to help everyone at once. He was by himself and helping over 4 customers at a time. Also while there people have kids and he was able to assist in entertainment as far as markers and paper for kids to draw. Pretty cool move on his part. I sincerely appreciate the customer service and knowledge of the products. Thank you.”
