Whatever you do,do not buy this company's 10 PC torx socket set,I purchased one set because I have always held this company and their tools to high standards,and I'll always try to go with lisle tools vs competitors tools,well not anymore look at my review on amazon for the video on that product,I sent that set back for replacement was sent three exact sets of same set all with the same issue,each torx socket was never finished being bored out they had thick pcs of star shaped metal in the middle which not only makes the tool unusable but just cheap ,quality in this tools company has gone far from what it was,it's like their is no quality control at all,idk if they make these tools themselves or if it's just their name put on the packaging ,if it's just their name I'd sue whoever is shipping this kind of quality with their name behind it,so far I have had no contact back from them resolving the issue

Purchased a telescopic pen magnet. Magnet was used to locate a bolt that fell inside of a engine block. When attempting to locate bolt the magnetic part separated and stayed on cam shaft. I had to call a mechanic to locate magnet and retrieve. I was trying not to have the motor pulled would have cost over 2000 dollars. I was charged 250 dollars for the service call and work to retrieve the magnet from within the block. I spoke with a representative of lisle corporation and I explained the issue I had with there defective product. They wanted to replace the magnet tool but not my 250 that it cost me due to a faulty product. I would not buy this brand of product anymore. Buyer beware. It could cost you to.

Just wanted to share my experience with Lisle warranty. I purchased a double flaring tool many years ago from Princess Auto. Yesterday while making some brake lines I broke a 3/16 adapter. After speaking with a very pleasant receptionist (no answering machine), she instructed me to email a photo of the part to sales. Within an hour I got a response saying the tool has a lifetime warranty, and if I took it back to princess auto they will replace it. I emailed back and mentioned I did not save the receipt, and without question she sent me a new part. It's so rare these days to get this kind of service both respectful and prompt. THANK YOU LISLE!!
