Took my car winter time to get the heater fixed, all of a sudden my ac quit working. It’s my daily driver so didn’t get the chance to take it to get it looked at ‘till beginning of summer. They charged me almost $300 for charging it and told me they couldn’t find the leak and to drive it for a week. Not even a week later, on our vacation, the ac quit working. We took it back and he quoted me shy of a $1000 to get it fixed, the guy named Craig was so nasty with me when I asked him to help me understand what was done and what still needs done because the $$$ he’s charging me doesn’t make sense to me. As a customer, am I not allowed to ask questions? Anyone who knows me knows I’m polite and would rather not deal with conflicts. I refused to be entitled and always choose to go the higher route so I politely told him that I will take my vehicle back at this time. He didn’t like that and snapped at me! My husband and son took my vehicle back, didn’t say anything as I made sure of that… he was told right in front of my son, not to bring anything back to them anymore! Like really? All for asking him to help me understand all the charges I’m supposed to incur by bringing back the same problem they didn’t fix to begin with! Needless to say, Snyders saved the game! Should’ve took it to them to begin with, it’s just that Johnson’s is few blocks away from our house. I’m not worried about the charges, it’s the ATTITUDE and NASTINESS is what I’m sorry for, such a nasty example to my younger son!

FedEx express driver , I caught a nail in my tire during my work day . When finishing my job so everyone can receive their package and I can make it home at the end of the night , I drive out of Omaha . I came here and they fit me in right away patched my tire and got me back to work . Thank you Johnson tire

We had a horrible smell in our pick up and stopped in at Johnson Tire on a very busy Saturday morning. The owner came out and had us going again in about 15 minutes. Come to find out, we had a mouse nest in the cabin air filter.Excellent customer service!!!

Just had the worst experience at this shop. I took my car in to have my rear wheel looked at, for a squealing noise, and the front wheel for a rattle noise. I dropped my car off while I was at work. They call later and say your car is done, we replaced your brakes.... I asked how much, they say the price. I did not get a call asking if me if I wanted them to replace those parts nor did I get an estimated cost or a work order they didn't even have my name on the ticket just my number an it was also written wrong.I asked for the labor to be taken off, which he did, but I feel like I was treated poorly and taken advantage of. I would never take my car anywhere and expect them to just fix it, I just wanted to make sure I could still drive it, without causing more damage.He kept telling me it was a "miscommunication." There was no communication other than can you look at my car. He tried to tell me that he doesn't call every customer because he just assumes they want the repair done, and he has too many customers to call. He also said that the brakes were grinding badly, and they were not otherwise I would have had them checked sooner. I also asked for my old parts and wasn't able to get them back.I didn't want to with him either but I just wanted to be treated fairly. I hope anyone reading this can understand my frustration. I will never recommend this shop to anyone.

Anytime I call, they get my car in and work on it. Even if it is a last minute call in, they still find a way to get it done.
