Called day in advance the person I talked to didn't put anything in the system so nothing was done, this is the 4th time something like this has happened

So angry with the pharmacy. I had surgery in Omaha and was getting discharged at 5:10 pm. I knew they closed at 5:30 so called pharmacy and told them what was going on and that I would need next dose of pain med at 10:45 pm. She said not a problem as they were filling it as we speak. I told them I would have a friend pick it up. When i got home i found they had given me prilosec. So I call Hy Ver to talk to supervisor who tells me they can’t do anything for me. I said you’re telling me you don’t have an on call pharmacist? No they don’t. What?!?!!! You have to be kidfing me. I know they’re having problems because of incorporating Taylor Pharmacy customers into the pharmacy. But they need to get it together! What do they do for people that need an after hours pharmacy? Get it straightened out Hy Vee! I had a horrible night because you don’t have an after hours pharmacy and that’s not right. I thought customer service was supposed to be your top priority. Filling the customers needs. Being there to help. Well you failed big time. Shame on you.

check the sell by dates on your items, I have gotten expired breakfast sausage, expired cheese, and tortillas that were already moldy when I opened the bag 2 days after I purchased them.

I love this store, especially their pharmacy. I got to know the staff & they got to know me. They're very professional and always smiling. They never hesitate to call you if there are any concerns, or answer any questions you may have. I love your pharmacy. Great job guys

I came across a cashier (young man) and he totally ignored me. He was totally unproffessional. He has done this two times. I dont know if he has an opinion about me, or if he just doesnt like people. But when someone is greeting you, the polite thing to do is greet them back. This young mans proffessional bussiness skills are very poor. Is hy-vee motto "Helful smile in every aisle" or "let me totally ignore you as we accept your money" Its not a big deal. But maybe that cashier needs to learn how to talk to his customers, and not ignore them. He was very rude.

Beyond disappointed to get there today and discover they didn't make my sons cake! Somehow between placing the order Monday, it was never given to the baker! At least Kathy tried to make it right! But doubt I will ever order a cake again since I can't depend on it being done!
