“Just wanted to leave a great big thank you to the pharmacist at the Hy-Vee in Clarinda. He went above and beyond for me as a customer. I recently picked up a very expensive medication and somehow it got thrown away. He called my insurance carrier and asked them to get me much lower price even after they had covered some of the one I had gotten before and lost. Thank you so much!! U we’re awsome!”
“I know there is a lot of reviews about the manger, HE WAS REPLACED, the current manager was very helpful and friendly to me and my sister. JoJo and Patrick were very hard working”
“When I went to this Fareway one morning after work, I had the absolute best customer service I think I've probably ever received at any retail type of establishment I've ever been to. The reason I say this is because of the lady who worked there who assisted me, Jennifer. While I chose to do self checkout, she was still there to assist. And not in the typical self checkout worker assist that you get where they just stand there and wait until your machine pops up with a little flag to indicate to the workers that you need help. But in a way that I believe was going above and beyond her primary role in the position she was working in. She was there to assist me through my entire checkout, even helping me to bag my items and scan things in. And, what the BEST part was, and what I found to be thoroughly impressing, was how informed she was in the sales that were currently going on in the store that day. I ended up buying four pies because of her! No lie, she would excel in any sales-type position you could probably put her in. Like, she had me ready to take her to go buy my next vehicle with me, that's how good she was at selling. Ha, ha, ha! And I was able to see the HUGE cost savings I got from her. She sold me these items that would have originally cost me $90 some-odd dollars, and the price literally dropped down to $66 bucks! I was so happy! And then, to top it all of, she was just super kind and then she even gave me a cute little pink breast cancer awareness sticker at the end of my visit that she bought off of Temu. And I just loved seeing her incorporate her own little personal touches like that into her job. You could tell she really actually enjoyed what she was doing. And it made for a GREAT experience, especially after having a rough night at work at the hospital. Kudos to you, Jennifer! Someone needs to give this woman a raise! And thank you again.”
