I stayed here with my track team this past weekend and was very impressed by the hotel. it had a nice breakfast and lounge area. the hotel was very well maintained and the room was very very clean!!

Bed #1 was very shaped, unusable.....Would roll to the middle. Beds to high for elderly mom to get into. Pricey, but no competition in the area. Not overly friendly. Overall....4

The staff made this a great place! Bobbie Christansen and Miguel Chappa were attentive, helpful, and responsive to every question, need or concern! And the facility is clean, spacious, fresh and in a great location!

A wonderful 'home away from home'. Great staff, spotless beautiful decorated rooms, easy access parking. I found the best rate using their website. A lobby to relax in and enjoy a glass of water with fresh lemons and reading a book, with all the natural daylight one would want ! I woke up refreshed, had a great shower and beautiful thick towels to use . Yes, ready for the new day and it continued with a wonderful complimentary breakfast with the best coffee, Seattle Best ! I look forward to my next visit here.

We stayed here because my husband was having surgery at the hospital right up the road. The clerk who checked us in was so nice! She gave us a discount since it was a medical visit then asked my husband what his favorite breakfast was and she would make sure it was there Wednesday morning! Was the best biscuits and gravy he'd had in awhile! The lady at the desk that morning even asked how he was doing. That was really appreciated! The rooms were really nice and super clean. Microwave and refrigerator in the room was great since we couldn't go out for a couple days. Beds were wonderful! Would stay there again for sure!

The clerk who checked us in was wonderful! She gave us a special rate since my husband was having surgery the next day and she made sure his favorite breakfast was made on Wednesday morning! The clerk on Wednesday made a point of asking how my husband was doing when I went to breakfast. Wish I had their names so I could give them a shout out! Rooms were very clean and the beds were wonderful!

This was an acceptable hotel for our stay...the bed was very comfortable!!! The breakfast options left quite a bit to be desired...especially considering the price that I paid. Overall, a pleasant stay and had a nice bar/restaurant right next door.

Spacious clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Very quiet location. Delicious “Seattles Best” coffee available all day. Breakfast is included with a nice variety of choices from which to select. We recommend the Cobblestone and would stay there again when in Clarinda, Iowa. The building does not have an elevator, so keep this in mind if stairs are an issue & request a main floor room.

The location was very convenient for us and everything in the room was fine, although the room was small. There's no place but the floor to set our stuff down. We'll be back next year and I'm hoping there are larger rooms available that I just overlooked when booking this year. The breakfast was okay, it just needed someone watching over it better so there's still plenty of everything until breakfast hours are over. The bed was fine and the people working there were friendly and helpful.

Clean comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff. Beds and pillows were good and the curtains keep the room dark. Overall a nice place to stay. You can walk to a sports bar that has great food.
