I'm very disappointed in Chat Mobility. I've been with them since they were I-29 Cellular. Two weeks ago I bought a new Samsung S20+ 5G and paid $1400. cash. It had problems from day one. It would turn itself on and change settings in my pocket. I took it to 3 different stores but no one could fix it. I finally called Samsung tech support and they said it has a software issue. Take it back and get a new one. So I took it to Shenandoah but they said that is not our policy. We will send it in for repair and give you a loaner. So for the next 6 to 8 weeks I have an S10 while I wait for my brand new phone to be repaired by Samsung. Very disappointing.

Chat Mobility is a joke. They couldn’t care less about there customers! We switched to the XRs in August. My husband and I dropped calls constantly. To the point where we couldn’t have a 2 min conversation without dropping the call at least 3 times no matter where we were. We called and were told we needed to go to a store and speak with someone. I drove an hour to a store (I won’t go to the one 30 mins from me because I don’t trust what they tell me) to be told I need 3 exam

RUN...I would highly recommend not doing business with this company! There service is an absolute JOKE! They have no clue what they are talking about, their techs have to google solutions to phone problems. We switched from US Cellular. Chat told us our service while traveling would have better coverage because they piggy back with Verizon towers. Our service is actually worse traveling out of state and our local coverage is sporadic, at best! We have tried to resolve the problems, but all we hear are excuses and no problem solving. Their hours are only until 5pm so good luck getting any help after you get off work. Do your homework before you get stuck with this company for 2 years! Worst decision we’ve ever made!

I made the switch a couple years ago to Chat and have been very happy with our phones and the service. It is so nice to have the store here local in Corning. The representatives have always been knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything to me so I can understand. It used to be stressful when I had cell phone issues , but ever since switching to Chat , it has been a positive experience. Great job guys! I’m so glad you’re here!

Tried to log in all afternoon to pay my past due bill online because I was at work, tried for probably 4 hours. Kept telling me it was disabled/access denied. Called RIGHT at 5:00pm after getting out of work hoping they would answer, nope. I will now have to pay a $30 reconnect fee because your poor online payment method doesn't work half the time.

I have been to this Chat Mobility store several times. Most of the time it is something wrong with the way I am operating my cell phone but can only be rectified by a proffessional technition. They are always polite, patient, understanding and friendly. When I meet a new employee I feel like I have met a new friend. I have always been pleased with Chat Mobility and the new store is no exception. Sincerely, Jim White
