*preface: I do not leave reviews on google, but felt this to be necessary*Experience 1: the man was very rude & judgemental of my nails and feet during the appointment and verbalized it multiple times, poking fun.Experience 2: they do not answer the phone. I had to call 16 times just to get an appointment made. The day of, I was running behind to get to said appointment and called to let them know 3 times - no answer. When I arrived a few minutes late, I apologized & the woman was blatantly rude to me and told me she would not do my nails because I was not on time. I offered to her that I had called to let her know I’d be a few minutes late & there was no answer, and she responded to this in an incredibly rude way & told me I was throwing off her entire schedule and that she would not be doing my nails. Unfortunately, I will no longer be supporting this business in our small town and am happy to go to someone else.

I get my nails done every other week and he does an amazing job every time and is always very professional! Also very funny he isn't boring like other places I have been to he keeps conversation going! He's also very accommodating I work in a factory so he keeps my nails short enough that they won't break easily! I would recommend this shop to anyone! â¤ï¸

Worst experience ever!!! Went in for a simple wax, the lady that was going to wax me made fun of me for having facial hair, bullied me, called me names!! Very unprofessional!! The owner didn't offer an apology, he just told me " You not happy, don't come back!!!" Never going back again!!
