I had a really easy buying experience. I went to 6 other dealerships trying to order a new Silverado High Country and Holzhauer was the only dealership to give me a quote under MSRP. They gave me a good valuation for my trade too. It was a simple ordering and buying process. I would recommend giving them a chance to put together a deal for you.

I cannot speak on the behalf of sales. This is strictly for service and if I could give it no stars I would. Terrible customer service. Very rude people that just get annoyed when asked about your vehicle. Had it for weeks and had the parts for days and didn’t even touch it when it was scheduled to get in weeks ago. Turn and run from this service department. It’s absolutely atrocious!

I called to get pricing to have a belt put on my 2008 f250 was told it would be around $250 depending on the cost of the belt. Took it in and got a bill for a little under $500. Called and was told they would fix the bill and never happened. They don’t stand behind the price they tell you so get the quote in writing other wise they can send you a bill for double.

Some people have issues, I haven't, I have had good luck seeing the parts department for help and the staff are friendly. I haven't had a problem getting wrong parts and are usually there when they say they will.
