We enjoyed shopping at Carey's Furniture. Everyone was very helpful and answered all our questions in great detail. They also were very patient and understanding when we were unable to pick up our purchases in a timely manner. Their warehouse employees were also very helpful and knowledgeable on how we could unassemble our current couch for easy removal from our home. Thank You to Carey's again and I would highly recommend shopping there.

Had a great experience. We live in a small town over an hour away from the closest decent outdoor furniture stores/company. Went into Carey's and they had the Adirondack Chairs we were looking for in the colors we were looking for. After my wife and I sat in them to ensure they were comfortable we made our purchase (along with 2 ottomans) and had them 2 weeks later. They ensured the items were properly assembled and assisted in loading them into my truck. We will continue to patronize this store in the future.

Great service! Carey's provided a price match, delivery within 50 miles, and in-home setup/installation! I order my sectional on Monday and it was setup in my house by that Sunday! Originally, I was looking at NFM, but the delivery was nearly 2 months away with no setup, for the exact item. I have shared my experience with friends and family. Highly recommend Carey's Furniture! The team was quick, effective, and efficient! 10/10

Went to Careys with definite wants in mind. Needed an occasional table in black and wood with specific size. Talk about great service! We looked at everything available from vendors and then salesperson said there was something in clearance that might work. It was perfect! Thanks for a great piece that looks fabulous in my entry area!

They have a great selection of furniture, but it was their salespersons who made the sale. They were helpful both on the floor and also via text with questions about their products. Their input meant I didn’t have to spend hours on research. Once I placed the order it came quickly and delivery was easy.

I recently broke my hip and walked into Carey’s furniture with crutches. I began looking at recliners that I had researched online. I was struggling to sit in them because I’m taller than average and my broken hip severely limited my mobility. Chad walked up and suggested I look at the recliners designed for taller people. As soon as I sat down in the suggested recliner (La-Z-Boy Redwood) I knew it was the chair for me. After that the buying process was easy and even got a discount. The recliner was delivered and set up couple days later. I will be a returning customer.

I don't know why I went back to get furniture here. They honestly just suck for service. Purchased 2 recliners for delivery. You are unable to schedule a delivery day or time. Instead they will text you what works for them. You will get a days notice. If that first date don't work, they will put you back in the 2 week rotation. If the second date don't work, you have to go pick it up from the store. Guess they think no one has a job, school or life? Whatever. Anyways I make arrangements for someone to be at the house. I did the bronze delivery which is threshold delivery. According to delivery guy that apparently means they leave it on your sidewalk outside the door. Guess they have a different understanding of the word threshold because that is not it. I had my parents here to wait for the recliners both of whom are in their 70s. The delivery guys were rude and didn't do proper delivery. Maybe they need to look up the definition so they know for future reference. I don't recommend this business at all. Again they suck for service. Go elsewhere and get better treatment than you will ever get here.
