Didn't care to help get me any extra or more money back. Also charged a lot and then charged me even more to pay them using my debit/credit card! Didn't seem to care much about explaining anything that they were doing or want to talk to me about any of the things they were doing. Also didn't explain anything the did say to me in terms that I could understand.
