This store frequently runs out of items, has low quality items, and seems to overall take advantage of being in the town of the Hy-Vee warehouse as an excuse to be rundown simply because it's the only option in town. This should be one of Hy-Vee's best stores, but instead it's one of the worst. This highlights the poor management I've seen of Hy-Vee lately. It's no wonder they are closing stores and going downhill. There seems to be no accountability or drive to improve.

Nice store, smaller than others in DSM, Indianola, has a pretty good selection. Staff is friendly, but I believe they are short staffed too. Sometimes they're out of certain items.

This place went above and beyond. I arrived 12 hours early for my appointment and when they called me an hour later for a dock I couldn’t get my truck in gear. They helped me get my truck out from under the trailer and put in the door for me. Because of the issues with my truck they are storing my trailer for free until I get my truck fixed. This place is awesome from the guard shack yard dogs and receiving staff. Y’all are awesome
