I'm soon to be 19, and have started my first year of college. This year was the first time I went into an office and filed taxes. I was extremely nervous but immediately when I walked in the receptionist was kind and walked me through stuff, even offering me water. Then, when I went back to the tax lady, she was very professional and understanding. She was patient and thorough explaining things to me so I wasn't confused. In the end, I was completely comfortable like I'd been there dozens times before. Excellent experience and I will continue to go back there every year.
