Called in week advanced for a appointment on Prom day. She then told me 2pm would work then get I get there she wasn’t there and when called she seemed dumbfounded and tried to cover up her life. Horrible

Made an appointment for prom Day and they told us the day of that they were closed. When I made the appointment, they even asked which stylist I wanted and let me pick the time (2pm). Now it's too late to schedule an appointment somewhere else and I'm out of luck. Awful first and last experience here.

Krista Anderson is the owner of this shop and she is a wonderful hairstylist whatever you need done she bends over backwards to do it and she does it wonderfully I would give her more than five stars if possible she has a very good heart very clean place and she's the nicest person that you'd ever meet!!
