“I was quite pleased with my experience with these folks during the two visits I made there. The staff members I spoke with seemed to be very knowledgeable about cell service and even the history of cell phones; much more so than the staffs at other cellular service storefronts I have visited. They set me up with a temporary SIM so that I could check out the US Cellular coverage out in the middle of nowhere (where I live) and then switched my phone over permanently after I had verified my house was covered. There was no pressure to buy a new phone, or upsell the service plan, etc. Nice bunch of people.”
