Had my car taken there knowing it had multiple problems (censors..misfiring things like that) they changed the battery charged me 300$ and called it good..I towed my car 6 hours home I was so unimpressed by how they could say that the battery was my only problem. I don't belive they did a true diagnostic and there's no way they even drove it around seeing how I literally could not drive around the block.

From WAY out of town with tire trouble. A local guy in the campground recommended Kratofil. I went in on a Monday morning and was on my way in less than half an hour. Treated me like a regular and explained everything.

I have tire pressure sensors in my valve stems on my tires. When they repaired a flat( for which I am very thankful given it was after hours!) They had to replace the sensor in the valve stem. They told me it would link up to the cars computer after so many miles at a certain speed(not ging a specific number). It's been over a month and driving close to 45miles at a minimum/day and it's still not linked up. When I called them and asked them about it they didn't have an answer as to why it wasn't working or offer to take a look/try to fix it.

I am so Thankful for the "Stand Behind Their Word" Promise. I purchased all new set of tires from Kratofil Repair Center in July 2020.I had unfortunately problem with a tire.I had come back to town 10 months later.
