My wife went in to get a tire fixed and was told they had other things to do that made money, a simple were busy would have been more professional, and to try in the morning. Next morning rude again and she went someplace else. The last time I got my brakes fixed there I was told I needed a router and charged for one and was all the "new" one was all rusty. Woukd recommend anyplace other then Brats. Rude service sub par work with high rates.

I had my check engine light on and my car was making funny noises so i got it checked and they said it was fine but come to find out there was metal was flung in to my engine and my car stopped. Also, found out later that i had sensors out on my car.Service: Vehicle maintenance
